Job Posting: Parks Department Seasonal Part-Time Holiday Groundkeeper
Supervisor: Mike Hughes
Director of Parks: Marissa Knoebel
Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties.
Mow lawn either by push mower or using a riding lawnmower
Help Decorate Areas of Charlestown for Light-Up Charlestown
Restring and Relight Holiday Decertations and Holiday Lights
Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Primary duty would be helping to decorate and restring lights for the Holiday Lights in and around the City of Charlestown.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Working outside and inside in extreme weather situations
Being able to walk and stand for long distances and long periods of time
Preferred:
Groundskeeping and Maintenance Experience
High School Diploma
