The City of Charlestown hosted a Trail & Treat along with a Movie in the Park on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021. Turnout was tremendous in the community, with many families enjoying the amenities of Greenway Park. Along the path, children could visit the near 20 volunteer participants who passed out candy.
Thank you to the many volunteers and groups who set up and passed out treats. Plus, special guests Raggedy Ann, Ursual and Ariel provided a great opportunity for photos with guests.
Charlestown Mayor Treva Hodges picked her favorite costumes from the event, presenting gift certificates to each. The winners were
Best Child Costume (tie): Theodore Whiteford (astronaut) and Mackenzie Wetzel (bowl of Mac and Cheese)
Best Family/Group Costume: Brittany Cruze family (Star Wars)
